Tutorial

1. Select Starting Point: Click on the map to set your starting point.

2. Draw Your Route: Create your running route by clicking on the map to add points.

3. Submit Your Route: Click "OK" when you have completed drawing your route.

4. Enter Run Duration: Input the time it took to complete the run.

5. Save Your Run: Click "OK" again, and voila! Your run is saved.
